Some basements can become a challenge like this one. The basement was divided into two rooms with a bearing block wall. The customer wanted one big room for the children's activities and entertainment. The ceiling was low and a support beam under the floor joist would have been too low. This was no problem for PHC, we recessed the beam in with the floor joist and this was the results.
DriCore sub-floor was installed adding warmth and protection to carpet from the cold damp concrete floor. The customer was pleased with the outstanding work done by PHC.
